We source directly from local farmers and work with other mission-aligned organizations in our local food system to share resources and build a stronger network. We practice the craft of whole-animal butchery to supply primals and custom cuts to professional kitchens and meat subscriptions to families and individuals.

Butcher's Club

Our Butcher’s Club is a pay-as-you-go subscription meat program. Packages of fresh, pasture-raised meats are available weekly or alt-weekly at pickup locations in and around Philadelphia.
