Learn all about whole-animal pork butchery with Primal Supply’s own Heather Marold Thomason. This is a demo-style class that will cover whole hog anatomy, breaking down a side of pork into primals and cuts for cooking, as well as cutting and cooking techniques. You’ll take home a few cuts to cook and taste on your own.

$125 per person
Light food and beverages will be served. Attendees will take home meat from the class to cook at home.
