Learn all about butchering and cooking chicken with Heather Marold Thomason. This is a hands-on class that will cover poultry anatomy and butchery techniques for breaking down a whole chicken. You’ll cut up your own bird and learn cooking techniques including roasting a whole chicken and making stock.

Light food and beverages will be served. Attendees will take home meat from the class to cook at home.
