MARCH BUTCHERY CLASS: Whole Hog

Learn all about whole-animal pork butchery with the Primal Supply team! This is a demo-style class that will cover whole hog anatomy, breaking down a side of pork into primals and cuts for cooking, as well as cutting and cooking techniques. We’ll sample some of our favorite pork dishes and you’ll take home a few cuts to cook and taste on your own.
